My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location in Koreatown was great and the parking garage clean and spacious, the rooms had a strange smell, were old and tiny, with unclean bedsheets, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting in too much light.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for our event at The Wiltern and had plenty of food options nearby, but the neighborhood felt unsafe with homeless presence. The rooms had a strong mildew odor, which was disappointing, and the service was unprofessional and lacked helpfulness. On the bright side, the dining experience was excellent, although a bit overpriced.
